GOT QUESTIONS?

Hi there! Have some questions about our brewery? Find the answers below.

  • Do you accept reservations?

We do not accept phone reservations. If you are bringing a large group and would like to give us notice we will do our best to accommodate you and we appreciate you letting us know. However, we can’t promise anything; particularly on Saturdays.

For parties of 15 or more please fill out the form that can be found from the home page under ‘Private Parties/Events’. This will initiate a dialog about the details of your event. Please allow minimum 7 days before your event.

  • Is the space available for private events?

Yes.  On the home page there is a link, 'Private Parties/Events' that will take you to a form to fill out to get details of your event and contact information. Depending on the size, day and time of your party, we can carve out a section for you in our taproom or our outside area. The pavilion is also  available for private parties on certain days and times. One week notice is required. Larger events require more lead time. We will entertain private parties on Mondays and Tuesdays when we are otherwise closed. All other private (closed to the public) events will be considered on a case by case basis. • What is your accessibility?

The venue is ADA compliant and fully accessible from parking to bathroom to inside and outside space.

  • Are dogs allowed?

Yes. Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome in our outdoor space.

  • Are children welcome?

Yes. Well behaved children are welcome in small family groups. We discourage large groups of children. We ask that parents keep a figurative leash on their children. There is plenty of space to run around outside of our fenced area. We do not have high chairs. We do not allow strollers in the taproom on weekends. Anyone under 21 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Can we bring our own food?

No. We have delicious fresh pizza and pretzels from our wood-fired pizza oven as well as hand crafted charcuterie boxes, cheese boxes and crudite’ boxes. We can make gluten free pizza. We allow special event desserts such as a birthday cake and we would be happy to cut and serve it. Upon request, we will allow people with certain dietary restrictions to bring their own food. Upon request, for an event, we will allow outside food but we will charge a $10/head corkage fee.

  • Can we order takeout pizza?

We do not accept phone orders for pizza and you must be seated at one of our tables to order pizza or pretzels. Our pizza is hand crafted and our single wood-fired pizza oven allows us to properly serve only our patrons seated at tables. If you would like to add a pizza to take home at the end of your stay at a table we would be happy to make and box one for you.

  • Do you offer any beverages besides beer?

Yes. Besides our delicious, highly rated beer we offer hard cider, two excellent varieties of wine on tap, bottled prosseco, rose’, a variety of hard seltzers, and an N/A beer. We have excellent root beer, creme soda, ginger ale and cola on tap.

  • Can we take beer to go?

Yes. We offer a large variety of our beer in 4-pack cans for off site consumption only. All draft beer and wine must be consumed within the fenced confines of NewSylum Brewing Co.
